+ How do I log in to JOE?
To access JOE, you must have:
- a valid User ID
- a valid password
Open Internet Explorer, and enter connect.eaton.com in the "Address" field. (Please note that there is no "www" preceding the address.) Once the JOE login screen appears, enter your User ID and click Continue.
Your User ID is the same as your Oracle ID number, left-padded with zeros to a maximum of seven digits, and preceded by an "E". For example: if your Oracle ID is 12345, your User ID would be E0012345. Enter this in the "User ID" field.
On the second login screen, enter your password and click Login.
It is highly recommended that you memorize your password. Do not share it with others or write it down on or near your computer.

+ How do I log in to JOE from home or other non-Eaton location?
Eaton requires the use of an Eaton issued laptop, or a SecurID device, commonly referred to as a "keyfob", to access JOE and other Eaton internal resources from a PC that is not connected to the Eaton network. If you do not use a SecurID device to log in to JOE, you must use a PC that is already connected to the Eaton network at an office or plant facility.
If you would like to request remote access, you can find additional information on the process once you've logged in to JOE. Select Eaton Functions and then Information Technology from the menu on the left. Then, under Employee Services, click the Remote Access link.
